[Job Description]
:Compliance & Integrity project („Together 4 Integrity event“) preparation
- Preparation of T4I event presentation material following HQ's standardized samples & localization if necessary
- Managing Directors reservation & facility/equipment reservation
- Arrangement of number of planned participants and invitation
- Preparation of voting tool decided & testing of voting tool (for PWS)
- Preparation of Managing Directors' brief
- Preparation of Moderator(s) and Speakers brief (incl. Recurring PWS results)
- Administration during events
- Arrangement of event result raw data to be sent to HQ
- Preparation of event documentation to be sent to HQ
- Language translation to Korean for newly updated T4I contents
- Any necessary follow-ups before and after event(s)
- Support of other matters related to T4I events and Compliance & Integrity department
[Job Requirements]
- Good Attitude and passion to Compliance and Integrity task required
- Good Interpersonal communication for multiple department stakeholders required
- Excellent in microsoft office required
- Advanced or above level in English required
- Experience of company event preparation preferred
[Additional Information]
- 인턴기간: 2개월 (10월 말/11월 초~12월 말)
