• Patient Monitor(환자 감시 장치)를통해 여러 장비의 환자 정보를 Central 에서 Monitoring하는 Mobile Solution 기능 제공하기 위한Network 를 구성/설치/유지관리 
★ Network Switch / Router (Cisco) 등의 같은 장치 교육(Cisco 사 CCNA / CCNP )Required

[Job Description]
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Be responsible for customer relationships management through effectiveapplication of technical knowledge to install/implement, service, test andtroubleshoot complex solutions on IT networks to ensure high quality of serviceto deliver real time patient data requirements.
Works within the MA&TC Services organization. This division of PhilipsHealthcare specializes in the installation and service of patient monitoringdevices, networks, and telemetry systems.

• Install Philips Health Systems’ equipment according standards with respect to quality andinstallation time as set by PH
• Perform planned maintenance and equipmentmodifications within the scheduled time and to the quality standards set by PH
• Perform corrective maintenance, supported whennecessary by tier-2 support helpdesk
• Demonstrate commitments to meet customer needs andrequirements by ensuring all given quality standards
• Submit timely and accurate service data, job sheets,reports, expense claims, radiation film badges, field problem reports and otherpaperwork as assigned
• Be aware of customer needs and potential commercialleads (Philips Lifecycle Solutions – PLS) throughcustomer visits and provide feedback and recommendations to the management,relevant people within the organization
• Keep abreast of new technologies likely to affect PHrange of products
• Be a professional representative for PH with respectto customer problems, ensuring personal acceptability by the customer inappearance and behavior in accordance with PH policy and targets
• Responsible for executing service events (maintenance& Installation) in compliance with applicable version of Business Unit (BU)/ Business Line (BL) service manuals and relevant PH quality standard policies
• Responsible for completeness and accuracy of servicerecords with particular attention to test & inspection results
• Responsible for adopting appropriate ESD control whileservicing PH equipment
• Responsible for using appropriate electronicmeasurement equipment in calibration controlled cycle
• Responsible for reporting identified device safetyissues according to applicable PH quality standard policy
• Responsible for reporting customer feedback accordingto applicable quality standard policy and follow up relevant assigned quality& regulatory training in a timely manner

JobRequirements

• Graduated in IT engineering
• CCNA/CCNP certification required
• Excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, autonomy and customerorientation.
• English communication
