JobDescription (Retail Officer)

Job Purpose

To besupporting overall store related issues

Core Accountabilities

1) Total Functional Support (Non-Geo):

▪ Support the operation offull price promotions: Execution of consumer activations in     

  coordination with Account Management/ Area Manager/MKT
  - Selling/Visual Outpost executionsupport (Move from AM)
  - Brand level promotions (e.g. Gift)
  - Store level promotions (e.g. Stylingclass, New & relocation)
  - CIEM promotion
▪  Sales staff training: Coordinate with HR, CMand CS
▪ Admin of annual Shopmasterreview partnering with Area Managers/ Finance   

 Planning & Analysis

2) Sales Analysis and Strategy
▪  Competitors sales analysis: Co-work with AM
  - Utilize the date and set the reactiveplan in alliance with Area Manager /        

    CM/AM/CS/RO
▪  Sales incentive plan (monthly/ quarterly) andresult analysis
  - Monthly target achievements analysis
  - Tactical incentive plan (for store,area manager)

Requirements

- BA degree and above

- Minimum 1 year of workingexperience in retail industry preferred

- Good command of English& Korean(both speaking and writing)

- Excellent communication/Inter-personal skill

- Good data analysis skills

- Proficiency in using MSPackage

- Capability of handling multipleproject with cross functional partners

- Interest in the fashionindustry
