Job Purpose

Define precisely why the job exists (in 2-3 sentences).

Responsiblefor preparation of journal entries to be reflectfinancial transactions in compliancewith corporate policy and generally accepted accounting principle. 

Ensureall expenses paid & recorded in ERP system, ensuring compliance within SOPsand company policies.

Ensureall B/S & P/L accounts are reviewed and reconciled properly with highaccuracy in timely manner.

Core Accountabilities

Describethe key outputs of the job must be achieved in order to fulfill the overallpurpose of the job. Framed in relation to the SMART model for objectivesetting: specific, measurable, aggressive, realistic and time-bound. Listpercentage weight (10% minimum) for each objective.

-       Complete Account Payable Review andCommunicate with business function

-       Participate in regular balance sheetreviews and variance analyses

-       Participate in SOX internal auditprocess regular basis

-       Participate inMonthly/Quarterly/Yearly closing according to US GAAP

-       Participate in project based task suchas ERP implementation/upgrading at overseas

-       Assist in quarterly VAT filing andyearly CIT filing

-       Assist in monthly/quarterly reportingto corporate finance in the region

-       Provide accounting data upon thead-hoc basis in the timely manner

-       Responsible of the daily cash receiptand bank reconciliation regular basis

-       Responsible of operating the vendorregister and related administration

-       Perform administrative works forcorporate credit card issuance, monitoring and settlement

Requirements

Describe the technical and professionalcompetencies required to perform the job (e.g. education, qualifications,personal attributes, communication/language skills, computer skills etc.).

-       Accounting or Finance Degree with 0-2 years experiences

-       Experience working for account payableon a global business environment with understanding of global process andtransactional flows

-       Good understanding of finance &accounting procedures in multinational company

-       Good understanding of conceptualaccounting framework on ERP is required.

(MicrosoftAX experience is preferred)

-       Good verbal and written communicationskills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in aclear/concise manner

-       Adaptable/Flexible : being open tochange in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances,and/or to work in ambiguous situations
