 업무 내용

 

- Support CS for stable settlement and improving their performance
- Do monitoring and coaching for CS to provide better customer experience
- Train and coach CS to achieve quantitative and qualitative objectives
- Manage day to day performance of CS for in/outbound calls, admin tasks
- Manage customer inquiries or orders received via digital channels


자격 요건

 

- Experience in a customer facing environment (minimum 2years)
- Experience in digital communication tools
- Fluency in English (Conference call or translation)
- Experience in FMCG or Ecommerce Industries.
