Job Title: Organization Trainee (Project Management Assistant) 채용

Summary

This position is to assist ISS controls and BCP exercises, and participate in various transversal projects.

Key responsibilities

1. ISS (Information System Security) Control

- Assist in providing local training to raise awareness towards ISS for new joiners

- Assist in performing the 1st control of Head Office and local controls concerning ISS

2. BCP Plan Management

- Coordinate the Bank’s BCP arrangement in accordance with the business line’s needs

- Assist in performing BCP related exercises defined in HO Governance Text

- Assist Management / Head of Org. on any crisis situation

3. Project Management

- Assist on coordination of local, regional and head office projects on office automation,

application systems enhancement and maintenance

- Consolidate local procedures and assist on reviewing and streamlining departmental

procedure to enforce work standards and controls

- Assist Management / Head of Org. on rolling out ad-hoc projects of CACIB Seoul

Job requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree

- Major / Concentration: Flexible

- Excellent English communication (both oral and written) skill

- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic

Term of Contract

- 1 year contract (renewable up to 2 years based on performance)
