Job Descriptions and Academic Background
1. A ccounting Intern
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Help prepare financial reports and assist with month-end closing
procedures.
- Support audit preparation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Contribute to financial analysis and special projects as assigned.
2. C ustomer Service Intern
- Provide customer service to both merchants and sales rep via phone,
email and ticketing system
- Assist merchants/sales rep with their questions in billing and account
management
- Identify, research and respond to customer issues in accordance with
established department response standards
