Position Title:    Contractor – Sales Admin

Reports to:         Sales Manager, Kraft Heinz Korea

1. Job Description

1. Work with Retail & Foodservice channel manager to promote and sell the Heinz Korea’s retail & FS products to customers.
2. checking sales orders and responding to customer requests from online channels such as Coupang.
3. Lead by participating in the development and production of POSM, POP etc. necessary for the sales activities of FS and RT channels.
4. Work with related functions collaboratively for the achievement of company’s objective.

2. Key responsibilities

• Conclude and follow up the sales orders from on-line customers.
• Help each channel team leader achieve goals through analysis by category and customer.
• Report key weekly activities and sales data for each channel.
• Support forecasting by product by customer on monthly basis.
• Support to execute sales programs to expedite sales and/or slow-moving items.

3. Knowledge, Experience and Requirements

• A fresh college graduate or 1~2 years' experience in a company, Food industry is advantageous.
• Familiar with record management and need a high understanding of numbers.
• Flexible thinking and empathy for diversity.
• Interested in food, enjoying new challenges.
• Dynamic, good interpersonal as well as good business presentation skills.

• Passionate, positive, and enthusiastic mindset

• Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office is assumed. Preferential treatment if skilled person.
