[Overall Responsibilities]

§ Strategic Portfolio & Project Management: participates in business planning, business opportunity identification, and consults with BTL and business partners to shape demand and determine how to best support the business through the effective use of marketing technology in S.Korea

§ Supports the S.Korea Digital and e-Commerce Teams to successfully implement the MA Digital & e-Commerce Strategy and roadmap in partnership with Global and Regional PLO teams

§ Leverages shared Global IT Digital Platform and Integrated Digital Execution in NA for scale and consistency to drive the successful execution of the Digital & e-Commerce e.g. Canvas, Digital Shelf 2.0, CRM, Digital Analytics

§ Evaluates and provides S.Korea technical requirements to the design of Global digital platform

§ IT Risk Assurance: Ensures that the website technology solutions landscape complies with Worldwide Compliance, Local regulatory and Information Security standards.

 

[Principal Responsibilities]

1) Project Management

§ Provide oversight and Project/Portfolio Management expertise to Digital Projects in company under the Technology & Data (T&D) team relating to websites and other Digital activations for S.Korea

§ Lead and drive project management initiatives across all Digital Channels to ensure smooth end-to-end project execution/delivery

§ Monitor/Oversee the end-to-end development of Digital initiatives within the Consumer Portfolio

§ Setup PMx instances where relevant for S.Korea market

§ Update PMx Instances on a regular basis to reflect project progress, schedules and relevant risks and issues

 

2) Risk & Resource Management

§ Identify and manage project risks and issues (Regional and Local) – ensuring adequate mitigation and risk management of Digital Projects

§ Acts as a focal point for escalations for issues/risks to be further analysed and escalated to the right channels within the J&J organization optimization for digital usage.

§ Resource Management: Oversee and manage the vendor resource planning activity and work/effort prioritization of the S.Korea demand with the Regional resourcing team

 

3) Financial Management

§ Track and monitor Digital Channel activation budget, operational activity budgets and vendor dependent budgets

§ Work with the Project Portfolio Office and Regional Finance team to ensure accuracy of financial data that’s captured and reported during key governance meetings and leadership forums

 

4) Business & Digital Strategy

§ Manage, facilitate and support T&D in project discussions, meetings, brainstorming activities relating to the work of the T&D team

§ Shape key discussions with T&D team and Conxumer eXperience organization (CxO) on the implementation of Digital initiatives – websites, campaigns, feature enablement and digital marketing activations for S.Korea

§ Ensure key Digital demand is developed according to requirement of the local/regional business

§ Drive teams to ensure Technological initiatives and activations are executed within the overall strategy and scope of the J&J Technology team

 

5) Performance

§ Engage in ad-hoc Performance improvement activity to streamline internal processes – Process mapping, Lessons Learnt discussions, Project Management, new ways of working, etc.

§ Conduct and review performance of the Consumer Digital activations and monitor the adherence of key digital metrics to ensure organization goals and objectives are met

 

6) Stakeholder Management

§ Engage, coordinate and manage external vendors/stakeholders for the overall execution of the Digital projects to ensure smooth delivery of the JJT Digital projects

§ Manage stakeholders across the S.Korea market and business functions to ensure projects are delivered on time and in an efficient manner

§ Liaise with agencies and development teams on progress and potential delays.

§ Collaborate, lead and drive discussions with multiple business units with the J&J enterprise to ensure close partnership with internal partners in the roll-out of Technological implementations

 

[OTHER ACTIVITIES]

§ Problem Solving/Issue Management: Solve project problems and operational challenges – identify actions to ensure minimal cost, time, resource impact to overall implementation, support project teams in issue resolution, contingency planning and bring in the right stakeholders to address and resolve the issues/risks at hand

§ Change Management – conduct training and awareness sessions to educate and bring awareness of new initiatives/tools or key activations in the APAC region – i.e. JIRA, GDDM, PMx, MS Project, Confluence, etc.

§ Communication – Acts as the key point of contact and support resource for the S.Korea business & ASPAC T&D team

 

[우대사항]

* 4년제 대졸 이상

* 2-5 years formulating and implementing Digital & e-Commerce Strategy for a major company (FMCG company preferred) or Digital Agency/e-Commerce provider.(신입 가능)

* Familiar with NA market analytics, Digital, e-Commerce and CRM

* Overall understanding of key business and system processes

* 비즈니스 영어 활용 가능자 (Reading & Writing)
* 캔버스, SFMC CRM 솔루션, 기타 웹 플랫폼에 대한 이해도 보유자 우대 (필수 아님)

 

[근무환경]

* 계약기간: 1년 파견계약직 (육아휴직 대체)

* 근무지: 서울시 용산구 한강로2가 (4호선 신용산역 부근)

* 근무시간: 09:00 ~ 18:00 (주 5일 근무)

* 급여: 회사 내규에 따름 (인터뷰 진행 후 경력 및 최종연봉에 따른 결정)

* 특이사항: 부서 상황에 따른 재택근무 가능, 여름 휴가비, 명절 상여금 별도 제공
