e-commerce fulfillment operation analyst (정규직)

Job Purpose

 


 

ECOM Fulfillment Operation Analyst will be working closely with not only ECOM & DC operation but also relative team and collecting all the data required. ECOM Fulfillment Operation Analyst will be analyzing the data, proposing area for improvement and publishing reports on a regular basis. ECOM Fulfillment Operation Analyst will also be providing not only visibility of ECOM operation performance, accuracy and financial aspects to better support to make business decision but also purchasing packing materials and IT support for ECOM & DC operation.

 


 





  



Core Accountabilities

Reporting and Communications

  • Enhance and develop new Dashboard / KPI reports by gathering and analyzing data regarding unit volume, operational productivity, service performance, inventory availability
  • Financial performance like Purchasing, Monthly cost closing, Forecasting, Accrual & etc.
  • Publish reports to aid operational planning on a daily/weekly/monthly basis based on business requirements
  • Work closely with Business partners including Retail ECOM team to understand business needs and support

Continuous improvement & Support daily operation

  • Identify opportunities of process improvement to improve productivity and achieve cost saving targets or find out opportunities and facilitate the improvement plans by closely working with operation part.
  • Work closely with Customer service center for inquiries from customers and Ad-hoc support related to Customer service

Support ECOM related Initiatives & IT performance

  • Be a main contact point for IT issue to resolve and find root cause
  • Support Initiatives like new channel launching and stabilization, ECOM operation layout extension, etc.
  • Maintain ECOM related system (SCALE, PIMS, etc.) in stable and data integrity.
 


 


 



Requirements

 


 

Overall years of experience may range from 0-5 years

 

Proven English speaking and working capabilities in written and verbal

 

Excellent ability to diagnose issues and drive resolution

 

Excellent communication skills

 

Positive energy and attitude with change management and growth.

 

Scrupulous attention to detail

 

Loves learning and using IT tools

 


 

Preferred Qualifications

 


 

Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or Business preferred

 
  • Certification in CPIM or other Supply Chain specific programs also preferred
 
  • Strong PC skills, excellent data analytic skills with MS-Access or SQL
