Reports to: Manager of Logistics team
Summary:
This person is responsible for supporting the logistics function, including but not limited to 3PL partner management and trade compliance. This role ensures customer service by resolving delivery issues, building relationships with the 3PL partner, managing competing priorities, and executing against strategic initiatives to enhance business performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Manage 3PL partner for optimum warehousing & logistics services
- - Responsible for supporting and leading warehouse activities covering Inbound, Outbound, Returns and maintenance activities
- - Review and Support streamlining the logistics process and reducing logistics cost
- - Communicate closely with DH staffs to achieve key KPIs (fill rate/on time delivery/shipment accuracy/special projects)
- - Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy to find the gap and continuously improve its service levels
- - Monitor inventory level for space utilization and optimization
- - Ensuring inventory accuracy & reconciliation (SAP/WMS)
- - Validating 3PL payment
- - Effectively communicate with internal or external stakeholders to resolve any issues related to deliveries & service levels and make adjustments where needed.
- - Support on-going global strategic projects
Inbound and Trade compliance- - Arrange customs declarations to comply with all import regulations
- - Research, identify and obtain the requested permit, license and certificates for Customs Clearance
- - Communicate with global logistics team for any questions or issues related to incoming shipments & FTA savings
- - Monitor shipment status for on time delivery
- - Validating freight costs
Education And / Or Experience:
- - Bachelor's degree
- - ideally with 1-2 years of successful SCM experiences in consumer/FMCG industry
- - In-depth knowledge in Supply Chain Management preferred
- - Duty audit experience or understanding of the duty audit scopes preferred
- - 3PL management experience preferred
- - Fluent in Korean and English
- - Experienced in using SAP preferred
