L&D Associate (Entry-level) (~8/29) 

 

 

◆ Open Position  

- L&D Associate (Entry-level) 

 

◆ Direct report to

- HR Innovation Team Sr. Manager


◆ Contract Type

- Fixed-term Contract


◆ Location 

- Head Office(Yongsan-gu, Seoul)

  

◆ Responsibilities

1. Content Development & Facilitation

- Facilitate newcomers' on-boarding program  

- Work to enhance the design and facilitation of training and team-building programs


2. Learning Management System & Learning Platform Management

- Manage Learning Management System and learning platform

- Technical support related to online learning like video recording and editing of contents, etc. 

- Explore better ways of managing LMS & Learning platform 


3. Compulsory Training Facilitation and Learning Culture Progress

- Facilitate yearly compulsory training like Sexual Harassment Prevention Training 

- Implement training programs in accordance with AXA Group guideline

- Support to drive improvement initiatives in Learning Culture and Learning Experience


4. L&D Administration

- Administer training registration, enrollment process and maintain database including training feedback

- Monitor budget and manage refund process of MOEL (Ministry of Employment and Labor)

- Assist and participate in ad hoc assignments based on business needs



◆ Qualifications

[Education]

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business/ Human Resource/ Organizational Psychology or related major preferred 

- Expectant graduates are eligible to apply 

 

[Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities] 

- Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful

- People-oriented with a passion for learning and development

- Naturally curious and creative

- Fluent in English – verbal and written

- Strong interpersonal skills; a team player and enjoys working with others in a collaborative, social

- Proficient with using MS Office (Particular in Excel and Powerpoint)

- Experience with Using learning management system, Video making & editing tools such as Adobe Premiere, digital applications and system like WebEx preferred.
