COMPANY INTRODUCTION

 

Tridge is a trading company that helps small and medium businesses identify the best ways to sell their products to overseas markets through the help of our freelance agents called “Finders”.

 

A common and recurring problem for trading companies is the difficulty in penetrating unfamiliar markets wherein they do not have a reliable partner that they can trust. This greatly limits the company’s potential to grow and expand globally. Tridge aims to solve this problem through the help of freelance agents who are able to mediate transactions between two foreign parties.

 

We want to be the best in executing cost-effective cross-border trades and we plan to do this through the following:

 

- Using technology as a tool to accelerate processes in operations, communication and acquisition 

- Utilizing the experiences of import and export of our global agents

Currently, our team is composed of individuals coming from 12 different countries (Korea, China, Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, Italy, USA, Turkey, Uzbekistan, France, Pakistan, Kazakhstan) with diverse backgrounds ranging from finance, fashion, consulting to information technology.

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

This position requires constant communication with suppliers, agents and buyers in various countries and close coordination with fellow marketing associates. Since our business is still in the early stages of development, you will be given a lot of autonomy to build and optimize your own local marketing strategy. If you are proactive, eager to learn new things, passionate and driven to work in a fast moving startup environment, Tridge is your best choice.

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Anyone who is eager to learn new things fast by solving challenging business problems are welcomed to join.

 

- Develop a trading strategy in the global markets 

- Research market trends and identify products with great potential for importing and exporting 

- Initiate partnership opportunities with manufacturers & suppliers 

- Execute marketing strategy for recruiting agents for distribution of products 

- Facilitate cross-border trades between sourcing country & destination country 

- Execute community promotions and digital marketing campaigns 

- Support communication with Tridge users and engage them in the everyday operations

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Required: 

- Graduated with a Bachelor’s degree or is currently on his/her last year 

- Able to communicate fluently in English

 

Preferred: 

- Proactive, hard-working and has a sense of responsibility to accomplish assigned tasks 

- Well-informed and knowledgeable about market trends in any of foreign countries other than Korea 

- Experience in execution of digital marketing campaigns such as social media marketing, blogging, email marketing, etc. 

- Excellent writing and communication skills 

- “Go-getter” personality
