Role and Responsibility
1. Customer Service Market Intelligence
- Marketing activities, service coupon, loyalty program & etc.
- Regular & ad hoc market survey based on requirement
2. Parts & Accessories admin role support
- Service coupon & warranty reimbursement
- Local Part Supply Chain Support
- Local Part test reporting Support
3. Customer Service performance reporting support
- Parts & Accessory sales performance
- Warranty trend analysis
- Extended Warranty Support
4. Others
Academic Qualification
Expect to graduate University in business administration / automotive industry related majors (휴학생, 졸업 예정자)
Skills, Experiences required
1. Microsoft Office Application - Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skill
2. Passion for Automotive industry
3. Strategic thinking and high communication skill
4. Proficient in English and Korean, Globally open minded.
