Position : C.S. Dept. Training Internship
§
- JOB OBJECTIVES:
1. Excellence System Management
- New dealer registration
- E-Learning course distribution
- Offline training event (F2F, Competency Test) creation
- Technical & Non-tech level extraction (month/ quarter/ annual)
- Service & Sales E-learning implement rate (month/ quarter/ annual)
2. Academy Facility Management
- Existing tool & equipment maintenance (month/ quarter/ annual)
- Training material & textbook maintenance (month/ quarter/ annual)
- Training expense report execution (month/ quarter/ annual)
3. Training Assistance
- Technical & Non-technical (service, sales) training support
- INTERNSHIP PROJECT:
1. New Range Rover Sport Training
-.Ideal Output : Well managed in dealer communication, training preparation, and operation.
§ Academic Qualification
1. New & Prospective college and university graduates
: Bachelor's degree in business administration or automotive related majors is preferred
§ Skills, Experiences required
1. Excellence skill in Excel and data management (mining, cleansing, migration & analysis)
2. Team player, Proactive & Positive behavior
3. Passionate, Strategic thinking, high communication skill
4. Global & Open mind, English communication
