Internship Duration
End of May - end of 2014 (approximately 7 months)

Helsinki Airport, Finland
Duties as the intern
- Takes care of passenger guiding at the baggage drop and at the gate side
- Works as a language and culture representative at the customer service desk
- Guides passengers to their transfer flights at the gate side, security control and passport control
- Advises, guides, and assists customers in a variety of situations at the airport
- Informs passengers in their own language personally or making announcements
Requirements for the intern
- Performance of duties requires knowledge of the following systems:
Altea CM, ScopeWeb, FIDS, MS Office
Allowance given to the intern
- Wage level is based on the collective agreement (IAU Aviation Industry National Trade Union) and wage level in the Asian guide work would be 12.13 Euros/hour + about 20-30% of surpluses.

Internship Duration
- Three (3) month internship
- To begin in November 2014 and end January 2015 after the Consumer Electronics Show.
Duties as the intern
- The training period would be dedicated to prepare the famous international tradeshow Consumer Electronics Show (CES; http://www.cesweb.org/) in Las Vegas.
Requirements for the intern
- We're seeking a person with marketing education background, preferably with a first experience in a luxury market.
- English speaking is required. French language is not an obligation.
Allowance given to the intern
- Financial conditions: 450 Euros per month,
- Accommodation not provided
